Entertaining guests
In hot weather you may want to offer your guests hand held fans and bottled water. You can provide your fans and bottled water prior to the day so on the day we can setup silver ice tubs on stands so that your guests can help themselves. Silver tub on stand with ice $50.
Check with your musicians as they will often require you to provide chairs & shade. Outdoor Wedding Aisles can provide chairs and market umbrellas or alternatively we can provide audio equipment to play your CD or ipod for $120.
It can be a long break between the ceremony and reception for your guests. Champagne service is a nice way to allow them to mingle while you have photos taken. $360 for up to 100 guests.
Ideas & Tips
Check list:
- What angle will the sun be at for the ceremony? Shadows and a squinting bridal party is not optimal for your photography.
- What will the tides be? Some locations around the harbour such as Bradleys Head, Mosman have waves crash onto the bottom level during high tide.
- Have you booked your ceremony with the council and checked their conditions and restrictions?
