It is important to have a wet weather alternative, be it a marquee, rotunda, hall or reception venue. The wet weather call can usually be made on the day a few hours before the wedding, however there is still the job of informing your guests. It's best if wet weather details can be added to the invitation or alternatively you could give all yur guests a mobile to call on the day. Once the decision has been made for the venue you can then leave the recorded details on your message bank for guests to call and confirm. This makes it simpler then designating family to call all your guests or to recieve all these calls.
